About Us

Denon is a Soul Cheerleader, Certified Coach, Yoga Instructor, MBA, Sociologist, Dancer, Healer, and Artist. She graduated from Carleton College as a Fulbright Scholar, studying Ayurveda and Kandyan Dance in Sri Lanka under Nittawela Peter Surasena and continues to study yoga under Sri Dharma Mittra. Her background includes superstar customer service, corporate business development, and nonprofit management. She has been helping people realize their dreams for almost 20 years.
